A Little Bit About John Greene.
As a mortgage advisor, it is important that I help guide my clients through a complex mortgage process.
I grew up in Ohio but defected from the state to attend Penn State University. Where I was a 3 year football lettermen, 2 year starter at fullback, Sr. Co-captain, and a national champion. In addition, I earned a B.S. in Finance and an M.B.A. in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Marketing.
Taking advantage of the MIS emphasis in my degree, I moved back to Ohio for my first job selling technology to State and Local Government Agencies for IBM. I returned to State College 3 years later for a job in Finance with Merrill lynch. I then worked at Penn State in planned giving and athletic development before serving as Executive Director for a non-profit scholarship foundation. Then back to the MIS theme with Verizon Business; again selling technology to Federal and State Agencies. Each role required me to first understand where my customers were starting from, where they wanted to get to, then offering solutions to help.
As a loan officer, I get to help clients fulfill their dream of homeownership. My passion is to help where I’m needed. I can think of no other way that’s more important than to be able to help a family through the process of acquiring a home.
